GALS: Community Groups for Women Who Have Lost Their Husbands
The GALS Group invites all women who have lost their husbands to join us for a special introductory gathering on Sunday, February 23rd at 2:00pm. We will be meeting in the Fellowship Hall at Holy Cross Anglican Church (4119 Murfreesboro Road in Franklin). GALS Groups are a chance for women who have lost their husbands to find strength and support from other women who are walking in their shoes. “GALS” is an acronym for “Get A Life Sister”, a reminder that even after our spouse has passed away we have to find the strength to keep living. This special gathering will be an opportunity to hear the story of how GALS got started and how you can be a part of new GALS Support Groups starting in 2025. We will have tea and light fare for our meeting. Invite a friend to come with you and learn how a GALS group can change your life!
